Privacy and data minimisation
An appointment request requires only your full name, mobile phone number, preferred date range and preferred time of day. This form does not collect medical reports, identity documents or diagnosis information. Request details are not used for advertising.
Protecting appointment information
When online requests are available, appointment records are stored in a database with no public access. We do not store your personal details in your browser’s local storage. Form details are sent to info@mesutgurdal.com.tr and drmesutgurdal@gmail.com for the doctor or authorised assistant to call you and arrange an appointment. Cloudflare supplies the hosting, database and sending infrastructure; receiving mail providers include Google/Gmail. The Personal Data Notice explains the international processing involved. Patients are not sent automated text messages, emails or tracking codes.
External links and embedded content
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and DoktorTakvimi links lead to third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. YouTube players, Google Maps and DoktorTakvimi widgets do not load until you give permission on the relevant page. Opening them may send your IP address and technical connection details to these services, where they may be processed abroad. You can remove a widget using its close button. The site application does not run analytics or advertising trackers when you first arrive.
Appointments through DoktorTakvimi
Actions started on the DoktorTakvimi profile are subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy. The clinic-approved request form on this website is a separate service. Information entered here is not automatically sent to DoktorTakvimi. Please use DoktorTakvimi for any bookings started on that platform.
Secure communication
Do not send medical reports or sensitive personal data through social media messages. If you need to share medical information, discuss an appropriate method with the clinic.
